What do you love most about your job? 

I love that I have the ability to provide our students with some of the best educators in the world, educators who have a passion when it comes to our students.  

Recruiting has its challenges, however the upside always outweighs the downside. I feel there is a reason for everything, and some discouragement leads to more room for encouragement.

What is special about Cornerstone, in your opinion? 

Cornerstone is special in many ways, because of the focus on making sure our students live complete and fulfilling lives, through academics, character, and culture.

What policy, program, or best practice have you implemented (on your own or with a team) that you are most proud of? 

One of the best practices our team uses, that we have collaborated on, is our hiring tracking.  This is so important in HR as you tend to juggle many pieces in an organization.  The tracking system keeps us organized. I would really like to thank my supervisor, Helena Parks, for helping us build a dynamic system that serves Cornerstone well.
