Building Relationships is Amazing

What do you like most about your job?

What I like most about my job is the relationship that I build between parents, students and teachers…it’s amazing!

What makes Cornerstone special?

One thing that makes Cornerstone special is the Career Pathways program. In this program the 11th and 12th graders learn to work in the workplace for big name corporations like LEAR, Henry Ford Hospital and more.  They learn the fields of Healthcare, Construction, Business, IT and Manufacturing. I know that some of our past students are still working for these companies and making a living out of it.

What policy/programs or best practices have you implemented (on your own or with a team) that you are most proud of?

I am proud to have launched an 8th Grade Showcase where our 8th graders can visit the High School and learn what we have to offer for academics, sports, Career Pathways, and more.
